The Learning Network is based on a core series of workshop modules and e-learning opportunities selected to reflect the objectives and needs of a client community. Subjects range from the strategic to the personal/interpersonal. The entry point to the learning network is a gateway workshop where participants create a vision for the future and set goals to achieve what they want. Thereafter, they select the combination of subjects that meets their learning goals and fits their personal and work commitments. Individuals can shape their personal and professional development and determine the direction in which they go. Not only do they contribute towards their own learning, but take ownership of the learning process.

In addition to the organised learning events, participants' learning is enhanced through relationships and collaborations that develop within the network. The opportunity for networking facilitates sharing of ideas, information and insights, enhances collaborative working, and result in creative approaches to opportunities and problems.
